DietPal Rewards gives you points when you shop with us, review what you have bought and join in with our community. Points go straight into your account and come off the price of future orders.
How to earn points

| Shopping | 1 point for every £1.00 you spend |
| Creating an account | 100 points (worth £1.00) |
| Writing a product review (verified buyers) | 100 points (worth £1.00), for any honest review whatever your rating |
| Posting in the community | 1 point (worth £0.01) |
| Replying in the community | 1 point (worth £0.01) |
| Each like your community posts and replies receive | 1 point (worth £0.01) |
Spending points: 100 points = £1.00 off your order. You can choose to use your points at the basket or checkout.
Community points are limited to 20 points per member per day.
Reviews
Product reviews are open to customers who have bought the product from us. You earn the same points for any honest review, whether it is positive or negative, and we publish reviews whatever the rating. Please only review products you have used.
The DietPal community
Ask questions, share recipes and progress, and help other members. You earn points for posting, replying and for the likes your posts and replies receive. Community points usually appear in your account within an hour.
Using your points
- See your balance in My account.
- Choose how many points to use at the basket or checkout.
- Points expire 12 months after you earn them.
The small print
- Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Points earned on an order may be removed if the order is cancelled or refunded.
- We may remove points earned through spam, duplicate posts, fake reviews or other misuse.
- We may change how many points each action earns. Points you have already earned are not affected.
