DietPal owned by Andrew Hill who is an independent member of Herbalife and is authorised to sell their products as a distributor. When we sell their products, we are required to share your personal data with them including your name, address, email address and telephone number including your order information. Herbalife may contact you to verify your order details. Herbalife is not affiliated with this website in any way besides being our sole supplier. Herbalife neither endorses the information on this website nor bears liability to it or the service provided or fulfilment of orders placed on this website.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

We do not collect bank account or payment details, these are collected, managed and handled by the payment processors we use. Customers can also use Clearpay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, their payment details are stored with these organisations and we do not see these. By purchasing on our website, you agree to be bound by the relevant organisation’s terms and privacy policy. Our store is powered by WooCommerce and anonymised data is shared with them.
