The Herbalife Starter Plan is a great way to get started with Herbalife if you’re a new customer wanting to experience fantastic results. You get 2 products with the Starter Plan; the Formula 1 Shake and the Thermojetics Instant Herbal Beverage.

Top Tips, and how I use mine.
I use mine in the mornings as a healthy Breakfast and then have my second Shake at lunchtime. You can mix it in a variety of different things which is great and makes it very versatile.

I take 2 level desert spoons mixed with Soy Milk and sometimes add some fruit like Banana or Strawberries and turn it into a fruit smoothie. Customers of mine use Skimmed Milk, some use rice milk or fruit juice; it’s all down to personal choice. One of the great things about the Herbalife Formula 1 Shake is that it mixes really well. Compared to other shakes that I tried before, this one had none of the lumpy consistency or horrible ‘artificial’ taste that some of the other that I’d tried had.

I still take my Shake everyday twice a day because ongoing health is very important to me.
