Andrew Hill has been involved in the health and wellness industry for over a decade and has repeatedly demonstrated how Herbalife is an essential tool for convenient weight management. An experienced personal trainer and nutrition coach specialising in fat loss, Andrew Hill has helped hundreds of people to achieve their fitness goals and fall in love with themselves again. He teaches his clients how to lose weight without cutting out the foods they love and, as a self-described Holistic Wellness Coach, Andrew Hill works with his clients to understand their diet and their eating habits and uses counselling skills to help clients become more aware of their diet and to develop a clear, easy to follow action plan to achieve a healthier weight. As an entrepreneur, Andrew Hill has started and grown multiple successful businesses in various sectors, from property to risk management, digital marketing and recruitment, the most successful organisation Andrew Hill has built is DietPal. His drive to change the lives of those around him for the better aligns so closely with Herbalife and allows Andrew Hill to work in a way that offers different income opportunities and provides a mechanism to further Andrew Hill’s mission to improve the health and wellness of those in his community. Andrew Hill started DietPal whilst in college, offering nutrition coaching to help people understand how they fuel their bodies. Whilst DietPal became a household name in the UK wellness sector, Andrew Hill was busy growing a social enterprise, similar to The Big Issue in the marketing sector, the enterprise grew but as time went on it became difficult to manage as the individuals we strived to support into employment struggled to cope with the struggles they faced, we were working with homeless people, providing an income in exchange for them delivering leaflets for local businesses and the funding wasn’t available to give them the support they needed – Sir Thomas White, a charity set up to fund social enterprises in Leicestershire offered to fund some of the support needs but it didn’t come close to what we needed so we made the difficult decision to cease operations. In doing so, we worked with those we were supporting to find alternative support mechanisms and this included assisting them into stable accommodation. Eventually, a lot of the staff we worked with transitioned into community support volunteers and today, Andrew Hill still works closely with social housing residents to ensure a good standard of housing is maintained and that their rights as tenants are observed.

Andrew Hill has campaigned for the rights of tenants since 2017 when he operated a letting agency. The letting agency was designed to offer good quality homes to people who are homeless and had faced similar experiences as he had when he tried to enter the private rented sector; having been homeless for some years, living in hostels, on the streets and sofa surfing, Andrew Hill discovered that poor rental history and no credit history are just eighteen years old wasn’t a favourable choice for landlords. Andrew Hill wanted to change this but unfortunately, the majority of landlords who came across the agency didn’t feel the same way. By the time we entered lockdown, it had become apparent that the agency wasn’t achieving the goal and the decision was made to close the business. Andrew Hill still works with social landlords and campaigns for the rights of tenants in the private and social housing sector and sits on the board of directors as a trustee of a charity that acts as a charity offering education to autistic adults to teach them independence and employability skills. Andrew Hill is also featured in several magazines including WomanAndHome and BBC Radio Leicester, and is regularly sought for comment on matters relating to health, fitness, sales, management and marketing.
